2007 Event

First Program in Coolidge Auditorium

The 2007 event was held at the Library of Congress. Bob Schieffer was the guest speaker. Michael Walsh, President and CEO of the U.S. Legal Markets at Lexis Nexis, was the dinner chair. The Judicial Conference of the US received the “Reform in Law” Award for re-writing the Federal Rules for Civil Procedure. The first “Legends in Law” Awards were given out to Timothy Mayopoulos, Bank of America Corporation; Richard H. Walker, Deutsche Bank AG; Geralyn M. Presti, Forest City Enterprises, Inc.; Michele Coleman Mayes, Pitney Bowes, Inc.; James T. Hale, Target Corporation.
