William Ryan is the Deputy Director of Communications at the Library of Congress. He also served the Obama Administration in the White House Office of Management and Budget. Previously, he worked in the Clinton Administration as the Deputy Communications Director for Reinventing Government and as Chair of the White House Plain Language Committee.
