TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The author may be an attorney or non-attorney, administrator or staff member, marketing department representative, or even outside consultant, so long as the document is written in the name of the law firm/law department.

An entry can only be submitted by a valid, current ALA Member.

The Publication must be published in the name of the member.s law firm.

The nomination form, and two copies of the publication, must be sent to the address listed below.

The writing must have a publication date during 2009.

The content of the publication must be primarily devoted to legal issues or subjects.

Submissions cannot include promotional materials, such as firm brochures, overviews or profiles.

Publications may include, but are not limited to, magazines, bulletins or other informational communications.

Internet communications are not eligible.

Newsletters must be nominated and submitted separately for a different award, .Best Newsletter..
